PRICES AND VAT
All prices include Dutch VAT on foodstuffs. Shipping is added at checkout. Every pantry product is priced at one flat rate per kilo, whichever size you buy — the per-kilo column is there so you can check.
DELIVERY
We post within one working day of payment clearing. Netherlands one to two working days; the rest of Europe two to five. If something changes, we tell you before you have to ask.
RETURNS
The fourteen-day right of withdrawal does not apply to food that spoils or is sealed for hygiene, which covers the pantry. It does apply to the tools. Unused and in its packaging, fourteen days from delivery.
IF SOMETHING IS WRONG
Damaged, late or not what you ordered: write to us within a week of delivery and we will replace it or refund it. No forms.
YOUR DETAILS
We use your address to send the order and your email to send the receipt and the tracking. Nothing else, no lists, no resale. The details are in our privacy notes.
COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES
If we cannot resolve something between us, you can bring it to the European ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Dutch law applies to every order.
