What we make is easier to show than to explain. Four projects: a dessert built from a single word, an afternoon tea that is remade three times a year, four restaurant brands held to one standard, and a department that exists because some shapes are not for sale.

Almost everything on these pages is stamped Camera roll — because it comes straight from ours. Shot on our phones, in the kitchen, while the work was happening. Not staged, not produced. This is what the job actually looks like.
